How Bondwright Came to Be
Bondwright started in Chiang Mai in 2018 when a group of educators and community facilitators noticed that many families in the region had access to information about parenting and communication — but rarely had time or space to sit with it properly. Workshops tended to be short. Resources were scattered. People left with handouts they filed away and forgot.
The founding team decided to build something quieter and more practical: a small centre where households could attend well-structured sessions at a pace that worked for them, and where the tools they took home were actually designed to be used.
Since then, Bondwright has worked with hundreds of families across Chiang Mai province. Our approach has stayed the same — keep the information clear, keep the groups small, and design every resource to be picked up and used the week it is collected. We do not make large promises. We offer general education, well organised.
The office on Thanon Loi Kroh is a place where people feel comfortable asking questions, and where the pace of a session is set by the people in the room, not a fixed script. That has always been the Bondwright way.

Our Team
Sunisa Rattanachai
Programme Director
Sunisa leads session development and facilitates most of the parenting information mornings. She has a background in community education and has lived in Chiang Mai for over fifteen years.
Prapai Klomchit
Seminar Facilitator
Prapai runs the Relationship Skills Seminars and designs the discussion frameworks used in group sessions. She holds a postgraduate diploma in adult learning from Chiang Mai University.
Nattakarn Khamwong
Records & Tools Coordinator
Nattakarn developed and continues to refine the Family Records Organisation Tools. She assists families with setting up their folder systems and answers practical questions about day-to-day use.
How We Work
Our Standards and Approach
Participant Confidentiality
Group discussions remain within the room. Participants agree to a brief confidentiality note at the start of every session. Personal data collected during registration is not shared with third parties.
Reviewed Session Content
All session materials are reviewed periodically by the programme team to keep information current, relevant to families in Chiang Mai, and free from unsupported claims.
Small Group Sizes
We cap group seminars at twelve participants. This keeps discussions manageable, lets facilitators respond to individual questions, and maintains a comfortable atmosphere throughout.
No Clinical Claims
Bondwright is an educational organisation, not a health or counselling service. Our sessions do not include diagnosis, treatment, or regulated professional advice of any kind.
Feedback After Every Session
We collect short written feedback at the end of each session. This informs how we adjust content, pacing, and delivery over time — which is how our sessions have stayed useful since 2018.
Calm, Non-Pressuring Environment
No upselling, no urgency, no follow-up pressure. People attend, learn what is useful, take what they need, and leave. That is intentional — it is how we think education should work.
Family Education and Household Organisation in Chiang Mai
Bondwright sits in the Chang Khlan district of Chiang Mai, a central location that many households across the city can reach without difficulty. The work we do falls into three practical areas: sharing information about parenting and household routines, running group seminars on communication skills, and offering a ready-made folder system for families who want their shared records in one place.
Each area was chosen because it addresses something families deal with every day — not as a crisis, but as an ongoing part of running a home. How do you keep track of important documents? How do you talk through disagreements without the conversation going in circles? How do you build a daily routine that the whole household can follow? These are ordinary questions, and Bondwright approaches them with ordinary, practical answers.
The organisation operates in English, which makes it accessible to the significant number of international families and long-term residents in Chiang Mai who are looking for educational resources in that language. Sessions are structured, thoughtful, and short enough to fit into a working week.
Our values are straightforward: respect for people's time, honest presentation of information, and a firm commitment to staying within educational boundaries. We do not make claims about health, financial, or legal outcomes. We share knowledge, offer tools, and let families decide what is useful for them.
