1. Definitions

Throughout this document, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Bondwright" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to Bondwright, registered in Thailand and operating from 73 Thanon Loi Kroh, Chang Khlan, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50100.
• "Services" — refers to the parenting information sessions, relationship skills seminars, and family records organisation tools offered by Bondwright.
• "User" / "you" — any individual who books, attends, or otherwise engages with our Services.
• "Content" — materials, templates, printed documents, handouts, or other resources provided by Bondwright in connection with the Services.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any booking confirmation or written correspondence we provide.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a place at any Bondwright session or seminar, or by collecting a records organisation kit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this Agreement. If you are booking on behalf of another adult, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking. You are welcome to contact us at [email protected] to discuss any concerns before confirming.

3. Service Description

Bondwright provides three categories of service:

• Parenting Information Sessions — group educational sessions of approximately two hours, held at our Chiang Mai rooms.
• Relationship Skills Seminars — half-day group seminars covering communication and household dialogue.
• Family Records Organisation Tools — a printed household kit with a two-hour orientation and thirty-day email follow-up.

All Services are delivered in person at our Chiang Mai premises. Remote participation is not currently offered unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

We reserve the right to adjust session dates, facilitators, or room arrangements where necessary. We will give reasonable notice of any material change.

4. User Responsibilities

When attending any Bondwright session or seminar, you agree to:

• Arrive on time and notify us in advance if you are unable to attend.
• Treat other participants, facilitators, and staff with courtesy and respect.
• Not record audio or video of any session without prior written permission from Bondwright.
• Not share Content provided during sessions with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Provide accurate contact and booking information when making an enquiry or reservation.

Bondwright may ask any participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others present. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content, templates, printed materials, and session frameworks produced by Bondwright remain the property of Bondwright. Your attendance at a session grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Content for your own household purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell Bondwright Content without our prior written consent.

The Bondwright name, logo, and any associated marks are protected. Their use by third parties requires express permission.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Current prices are:

• Parenting Information Sessions — from ฿3,500 per session
• Relationship Skills Seminars — from ฿14,500 per seminar
• Family Records Organisation Tools — from ฿28,000 per household kit

Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash payment at our premises. Credit or debit card acceptance may vary — please enquire.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before a session date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before, or non-attendance without notice, are not eligible for a refund.
• If Bondwright cancels a session, a full refund or rescheduled place will be offered.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Sessions and Seminars

Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of payment or a written confirmation from Bondwright. Places are limited; securing a place is not guaranteed until confirmation is received. We may reschedule a session if the minimum number of attendees is not met, offering an alternative date or a full refund.

Records Organisation Kits

Kits are prepared for collection at our premises following a two-hour orientation. The orientation must be completed to receive the full kit. The 30-day email follow-up is available from the date of the orientation. Kits are non-returnable once the orientation session has been delivered.

Scope of Content

All Content provided by Bondwright is educational and organisational in nature. It does not constitute professional advice in any field. See Section 8 for further detail.

8. Disclaimers

Bondwright's services are provided as general educational and organisational information. They are not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified counsellor, psychologist, social worker, lawyer, or any other licensed professional.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from attendance at our sessions or use of our materials. Results depend on each household's individual circumstances, which are outside our control.

Services are provided "as available." While we take care to maintain the quality of our rooms, materials, and facilitation, we do not warrant that all services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Bondwright's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Bondwright is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the Services, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or relationship-related outcomes.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, government orders, or utility failures.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bondwright, its facilitators, and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your conduct at a session or seminar, or your misuse of Content provided to you.

11. Termination

Either party may end a booking arrangement at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms set out in Section 6.

Bondwright may refuse or terminate a booking if a user's conduct or disclosed circumstances would make delivery of the service inappropriate or unsafe. The provisions in Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination of this Agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the Services shall first be addressed informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will aim to respond within 10 working days.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation before the Thai Arbitration Institute or a mutually agreed mediator.

Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any booking confirmation issued by Bondwright, constitute the full agreement between the parties regarding the Services.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver. Failure by Bondwright to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may transfer our obligations to a successor organisation providing equivalent services.
• Notices. Formal notices to Bondwright should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our Chiang Mai address.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be published on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. For bookings already confirmed at the time of any change, the terms in place at the time of booking will apply.

Continued use of our Services after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
